Seattle’s food scene is full of colour, creativity, and culture — and ADA Food Truck has proudly become a part of that movement. What began as a simple idea inside the Masthi Bar & Grill kitchen has now grown into a rolling celebration of Indian and South Asian flavours.

Our goal was clear from day one:
Bring authentic, spice-rich, home-style Indian food to the streets.
No long waits. No fancy dining rules. Just bold flavours, fresh ingredients, and friendly faces handing you hot food straight from the grill.

From our signature tikka wraps to fusion snacks and regional specials, ADA Food Truck takes the spirit of Indian street food and blends it with Seattle’s energetic food truck culture.
